San Antonio Twitter's favorite potential love story has a new chapter.

"The UPDATE y'all have been waiting for," Charisma Valdez, or @charisma14_, tweeted on Thursday, days after another tweet she penned went viral.

The selfie shows the young woman smiling beside Codey Gonzales, who became a viral bachelor on Twitter thanks to his mom.

"If your name is Cody, you're 6'4, you go to UTSA, live at the Outpost, a sophomore, AND majoring in Global Affairs. Your mom truly is your wingman. She just showed my roommates and I your pictures at HEB trying to find you a GF," Valdez said in her original tweet, which now has 62,000 likes and more than 4,000 retweets.

With the help of friends, the two were able to communicate via Snapchat, since Gonzales didn't originally have a Twitter account.

He told mySA.com on Wednesday that he had no idea his mom, Patricia, was scouting dates for him, but he wasn't surprised. The mystery man said he and Valdez were planning a hangout.

Prior to their date, each of the UTSA students let their followers know how excited they were to meet.

"Can't wait to go on our date," Valdez tweeted to Gonzalez, who reciprocated with "Feeling good about date night," smirk emoji included.

Judging by photos, the wing woman mom and Twitter may have pulled off a fairy tale.

The rankings are popular in North America but have drawn widespread criticism from colleges, administrations, and students for their dubious, disparate, and arbitrary nature. The ranking system by U.S. News is usually contrasted with the Washington Monthly and Forbes rankings. get more information https://www.webpressnet.com
