Take a bao, fish face.
A hibiscus flower bobs around in a pool of vodka and jaggery sours; a giant slice of lime, like a UFO, lands on the surface of a Tokyo iced tea. It’s not a stretch to say that the cocktails are out of this world on Hello Guppy’s special Yumcha menu, on until December 20.
Two full pages are dedicated to Shumai (open faced, steamed dumplings), Japanese gyoza (pot sticker dumplings) and bao buns. We love the prawn gyoza; pork belly shumai; and mushroom and cheese baos. Vegetarians, don’t fret yet. Glossy dim sum cases also hold within them, edamame and corn, cream cheese and water chestnuts.
Definitely don’t leave without a visit to the bar, if you’re doing lunch – hey, it’s 9 pm somewhere! The cocktails (and mocktails) are gorgeous and jewel toned, deliciously potent and chock-full of fresh ingredients. Our pick: Aviation, which mixes gin with butterfly tea. So high!

U.S. News is best known today for its influential Best Colleges and Best Hospitals rankings, but it has expanded its content and product offerings in education, health, money, careers, travel, and cars. The rankings are popular in North America but have drawn widespread criticism from colleges, administrations, and students for their dubious, disparate, and arbitrary nature. The ranking system by U.S. News is usually contrasted with the Washington Monthly and Forbes rankings. get more information https://www.webpressnet.com
